Keynote Speaker Gary Gzik will speak on Community and Capacity Building Because It Matters!

Gary Gzik is founder and president of Volition Alliance Group inc., a management consulting and training firm. He has been developing people and organizations for the past 18 years.

Known for his energetic, leader-centered presentation style, Gary is at home whether keynote speaking to 1500 people, training seminars for 15-20 people or one-on-one management consulting. To date, Gary has worked with hundreds of organizations and over 5000 individuals, in the areas of leadership development, team building, conflict resolution, communication skills and personal achievement coaching. Gary has championed the Community Matters! Initiative in Ontario.
