Call For Proposals

United Way Of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Is Putting Out A "Call For Proposals".

United Way of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry is putting a call out for proposals to any not for profit agency in need of funding. You must be a registered charity and governed by a Board of Directors and be able to produce a Financial Audited Statement. We are looking for agencies that can:

  • Fit within the priorities of United Way.
  • Define a specific program based on those needs and ensure there is not duplication within our community.
United Way cannot fund services that are primarily cultural, religious or political in nature; the Arts; medical research; capital costs.

Funding will be based on the availability of financial resources and the availability of other funding soruces for the Agency.

You must call to discuss your program prior to filling out an application. All applications must be filled out and returned to our office by December 1st, 2009. Please note that all current United Way funded agencies must apply.
