This organization is a non-profit group of youth and adults who, on a voluntary basis, offer a meeting place for youth between the ages of 12 and 17. These meetings are animated by adults for youth.

Goals are to:

• encourage exchange between adults and youth
• develop services outside of institutional walls
• promote health and prevention (drugs, abuse, suicide, etc.)
• offer recreational activities not offered in leagues throughout the county
• break youth isolation and increase self-esteem
• include youth in our community/society through individual and group activities
• promote self-expression and the right of speech, include youth in the decision process
